Continuing Medical Education (CME)

Accredited professional development for busy clinicians

An accredited provider of CME

PeerVoice is accredited by the European Board for Accreditation of Continuing Education for Health Professionals (EBACĀ®) to provide courses for global physicians and healthcare professionals. We are proud to have achieved this stamp of approval in 2022.

EBAC Accredited Provider status is recognition that PeerVoice provides relevant and effective practice-based continuing medical education (CME) that enhances the knowledge, behaviour, and skills of the medical community and supports the improvement of patient outcomes.

As an EBAC Accredited Provider, PeerVoice has the processes and expertise to independently review and accredit in-house CME according to EBAC standards, therefore ensuring a high-quality experience for learners. Our activities meet the criteria according to International Academy for CPD Accreditation (IACPDA) and Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) guidelines.

Innovative solutions including accredited micro-learning

PeerVoice offers accreditation across our entire portfolio of educational solutions, which includes:

  • in-person live congress symposia
  • virtually live educational events
  • enduring education including e-learning (micro-learning to longer-form activities)
  • print monographs

We are delighted to offer EBAC CME accreditation on short-form activities, including micro-learning. This is an important distinction for PeerVoice as busy healthcare professionals are increasingly seeking education they can complete in small blocks of time.

Quick-to-launch CME

EBAC Accredited Provider status means that we are able to fast-track the review process for our activities, thus reducing the time to develop and launch by up to six weeks. As a result, PeerVoice really is able to get clinical science into clinical practice, fast.

Truly global activities

US and Canadian learners can benefit from EBAC credits because EBAC retains a 1:1 equivalency with AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. EBAC hours of participation will be converted to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ for individuals who have received a Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, or an equivalent international degree. Other healthcare professionals can receive a certificate of participation. Similarly, The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada will recognise the number of EBAC CPD credits as equivalent to Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program Section 1 accredited group learning credits.

PeerVoice also frequently partners with providers accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).

Commitment to excellence

PeerVoice is a proud member of the Good CME Practice (gCMEp) group. Both organiziations share the same high standards for the development and delivery of CME for European clinicians. We each seek to promote professionalism across the CME industry, thereby leading to improved patient outcomes.
